An established international platform is seeking partner-level laterals to deepen its Corporate and Commercial Litigation practices in Philadelphia. The group handles high-value, big-ticket commercial disputes and complex corporate transactions across a broad client base.

The incoming partner will take a lead role in building transactional volume and managing significant commercial litigation matters, working with sophisticated clients in sectors including Life Sciences, Financial Services, Technology, Energy, and the Automotive industry.

The platform is particularly interested in acquiring cohesive teams rather than individual laterals, with a view to strengthening cross-border and multi-jurisdictional capabilities. There is a strong market focus across New York, Northern California, Texas, London, and Germany. Candidates with a demonstrated capacity to bring substantial client relationships and portable business are of greatest interest.

Partner-level experience in Corporate and/or Commercial Litigation
Admission to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction
Strong track record in complex, high-value commercial disputes and corporate transactions
Experience across sectors such as Life Sciences, Financial Services, Technology, Energy, or Automotive
Demonstrated ability to lead matters and contribute to practice growth
Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
