Top-tier international law firm seeks a partner to grow a combined corporate and commercial litigation practice in its San Francisco office. The role targets leaders who can handle high-value corporate transactions and complex commercial disputes across technology, life sciences, financial services, energy and automotive sectors.

Search prioritizes established teams or multi-lawyer groups to broaden transactional capacity and litigation bench strength; individual hires may be considered where a clearly portable practice and client relationships exist. The group works on cross-border matters and collaborates with offices across key markets including New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation.
Track record advising clients in technology, life sciences, financial services, energy or automotive sectors.
Proven ability to originate and sustain client relationships; portable practice or substantial client portfolio preferred.
Ability and interest to join or lead a team-based practice and cross-office platform.
