Partner — Corporate & Commercial Litigation, Silicon Valley

Leading international firm seeks a senior partner to grow and lead an integrated corporate and commercial litigation practice in the Silicon Valley office. The role emphasizes both high-value transactional work and major commercial disputes across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

Hiring priorities favor established teams or partners able to expand transactional capacity and litigation bench strength. The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and leading complex cross-border matters and the ability to develop client relationships across key U.S. and European markets.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions and commercial litigation
• Proven client origination and team leadership experience; preference for candidates who can bring or build a team
• Sector experience in technology, life sciences, financial services or energy and comfort handling cross-border matters
