Partner — Corporate (Dutch speaker) — Brussels

Leading international law firm is seeking a Dutch-speaking Corporate Partner to re-establish and grow its corporate/M&A capability in the Brussels office. The role focuses on mid-to-large M&A and transactional work across Belgian and cross-border matters.

The partner will take a visible leadership role in business development and client relationship management, supervising deal teams and working closely with other practice groups in Europe. The appointment is a hands-on role with significant client-facing responsibility.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Fluent Dutch and strong English; admitted to practise in Belgium or able to admit quickly
• Proven track record leading M&A/transactional matters and originating work
• Experience managing and mentoring associates and working across cross-border teams
