Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its corporate team in Brussels, focusing on mergers & acquisitions and complex transactional work. The role involves leading cross-border deals, advising corporate clients across sectors, and developing business in the Benelux and wider European market.

The successful candidate will join a busy, established practice and will work closely with partners across jurisdictions on high-value transactions. This is a visible role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunity to shape a team’s offering in the region.

Established partner-level track record in corporate/M&A and transactional matters
Proven ability to originate and lead cross-border deals and manage client relationships
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business expected
Strong commercial acumen, leadership and team management skills
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) or equivalent eligibility to practise in Belgium/EU
