The role combines commercial transactional work across technology and energy sectors, including renewables and traditional oil & gas project work.
The successful candidate will lead client engagements, originate work and collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams on complex deal work. This is a front‑office revenue‑generating role with significant client‑facing responsibilities.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner with a track record of originating and leading corporate and energy transactions
- Deep experience in M&A, capital markets and transactional work for technology and energy clients
- Strong client development and team leadership skills
