Senior partner opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer to lead and grow a cross-practice transactional team in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on M&A and corporate transactions with significant work across technology/tech-enabled businesses, capital markets matters, and energy projects (renewables and oil & gas).

The successful candidate will advise sophisticated corporate and project clients on deal execution and commercial structuring, mentor fee-earners, and develop new business across the corporate, finance and energy sectors. This is a high-visibility role with extensive partner-level responsibility for originating and managing complex transactions.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven partner-level experience in M&A, corporate transactions, or tech transactions
Track record advising on energy projects (renewables and/or oil & gas) and related commercial matters
Experience with capital markets or other transactional finance work preferred
Strong client origination, business development and team leadership skills
