Partner — Corporate & Energy (Washington, D.C.)

Established national practice is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand transactional corporate work from the Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on M&A, tech and energy transactions, and capital markets matters across public and private clients.

The successful candidate will have a market-facing practice, comfortable originating and managing complex deals, and will work with cross-practice teams on project development, commercial contracting and securities-related matters. This is an opportunity to grow a portable practice within a broad transactional platform.

• Seasoned transactional partner with demonstrable experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Track record advising on energy matters (renewables and/or oil & gas) and technology-related deals
• Experience on capital markets or securities-related transactions preferred
• Proven client origination ability and experience leading deal teams
• Licensed to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
