Leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its Doha office, ideally in the corporate team but with flexibility across finance and related commercial practices. The role will involve advising on cross-border corporate matters, project finance transactions and corporate governance issues for regional and international clients.

The office offers an established platform in Qatar and seeks an experienced partner who can contribute senior-level fee-earning capacity, develop local relationships and work collaboratively with international teams. Candidates with an existing portable practice or client relationships will be strongly considered.

Established partner-level experience in corporate, finance or project finance matters.
Strong track record advising on cross-border transactions and corporate governance.
Admission or eligibility to practise in a relevant jurisdiction; experience working in Qatar or the Gulf preferred.
Proven business development ability; portable client relationships welcomed.
