An established partner-level hire is sought for a Denver-based corporate practice with a significant focus on M&A, transactional work and energy matters. The role will handle complex deals across corporate, capital markets and energy project/commercial work, including renewables and oil & gas.

The team advises sponsors, developers and corporate clients on deal execution, project development and related commercial agreements. The role offers opportunity to lead transactions, develop client relationships and work with a broad cross-practice team.

Established partner with a strong transactional background (M&A, corporate finance, capital markets)
Demonstrated experience in energy matters—renewables and/or oil & gas project and commercial work
Proven track record of originating and leading complex transactions and managing client relationships
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
