Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York corporate and finance team. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital matters, including M&A, minority investments, financings and fund-related work.

The partner will lead transactions, manage and grow client relationships, and work closely with cross‑office teams on complex corporate and financing matters. This is an opportunity to build a visible practice within an established platform while taking on significant origination and leadership responsibilities.

Established private equity / venture capital and corporate finance practice at partner level
Proven track record of leading M&A, equity investments and financing transactions
Demonstrable business development and client origination skills; portable client relationships welcomed
Admissions and experience practicing in New York
