The team is seeking an experienced rainmaker able to develop client relationships across corporate, life sciences, tech and financial services sectors and to coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters with domestic and international offices.
- Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
- Proven track record in M&A, capital markets and technology or life-sciences transactions
- Demonstrated experience originating and leading cross-border matters and managing senior client relationships
