Senior partner hire to lead and grow corporate work with strong ties to healthcare, life sciences, technology and IP-related matters. The role will focus on complex M&A (including private equity), capital markets and technology transactions, and support cross-practice IP litigation where relevant.

The team is seeking an experienced rainmaker able to develop client relationships across corporate, life sciences, tech and financial services sectors and to coordinate multi-jurisdictional matters with domestic and international offices.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A, capital markets and technology or life-sciences transactions
• Demonstrated experience originating and leading cross-border matters and managing senior client relationships
