Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its corporate, intellectual property and litigation practices in the Raleigh office. The role will focus on originating and cultivating client relationships and collaborating across practices to expand regional capabilities.

Priority practice areas include corporate transactional work (M&A, governance), patent and IP litigation, ERISA/compensation & benefits, and mass-torts litigation. The firm is especially interested in candidates able to develop business in the Southeast; other offices may also be considered for the right portable practice.
