Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation — Walnut Creek

Senior partner opportunity with a national full‑service firm seeking a partner to strengthen and grow corporate, intellectual property and litigation capabilities in the Walnut Creek office. The role is practice‑focused but collaborative, with opportunities to work across multiple US offices and to build or open regional teams.

Ideal candidates will have an established client base, a track record of originating and managing complex matters (M&A, corporate governance, emerging growth and IP litigation), and the ability to drive business development. The firm is open to flexible structures (including equity on a case‑by‑case basis) and places priority on partners who can contribute significant portable revenue.

• Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
• Established partner‑level experience in corporate transactions, IP (including patent litigation) or commercial litigation
• Proven business development and client management skills; ability to originate and grow work across offices
• Comfort working collaboratively across practice groups and with a national platform
