Established litigation partner sought to lead and grow a busy practice out of the Walnut Creek office. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on employment and labor matters, professional liability and healthcare-related disputes, with some construction work.

The successful candidate will handle complex, high-stakes matters, supervise junior lawyers, and help develop client relationships. The team serves a mix of private clients and organizations across regulated industries.

Established partner-level litigation practice with demonstrable trial and/or dispositive motion experience
Substantive background in employment & labor and professional liability; experience in healthcare or construction disputes a plus
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to develop business in the region
Proven leadership and mentoring skills for managing associates and support staff
