Established national litigation practice is seeking a partner to join its Walnut Creek office to lead and grow litigation and securities-related matters. The role will handle complex commercial disputes, regulatory and securities enforcement matters, and white‑collar investigations across a range of industries.

This is a partner-level opportunity for an experienced trial lawyer who can develop new client relationships and contribute to a growing regional litigation platform. The team works on contentious, high-stakes matters with both local and multi‑jurisdictional exposure.

Partner-level litigation experience with significant trial or investigatory exposure.
Track record on securities-related matters, enforcement defense or white‑collar investigations.
Proven ability to originate or grow client business; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong leadership, business development and team management skills.
