Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Healthcare Litigation team in Walnut Creek. The role focuses on representing healthcare and life sciences clients in complex commercial and regulatory disputes across state and federal courts.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop client relationships, and work closely with a multi-disciplinary team that handles both litigation and regulatory issues for healthcare-sector clients. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to grow a portable practice within the firm's broader healthcare platform.

Proven partner-level litigation experience with a focus on healthcare and/or life sciences matters
Track record of managing complex civil litigation in state and federal courts
Demonstrated client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Active bar admission in California (or ability to obtain admission)
Strong writing, advocacy, and team leadership abilities
