Leading international practice is seeking a lateral partner to grow an integrated corporate and commercial litigation platform in Baltimore. The role focuses on big-ticket transactional work and significant commercial disputes across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join as a team or who bring an established, portable practice; the group is prioritising hires that will materially expand transactional capacity and contentious capabilities. The role will work closely with offices in major US and international markets.

Established partner with significant experience in both corporate transactional work (M&A, financings) and commercial litigation
Track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading teams
Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive preferred
Ability to collaborate across offices and develop cross-border matters
