Senior partner-level opportunity for an experienced corporate lawyer with a strong transactional and litigation background. The role sits in a major US office and will work on cross-border and domestic corporate matters alongside a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires someone able to lead client relationships, originate work and manage complex deals and disputes. The successful candidate will work across M&A, corporate governance and commercial litigation matters and collaborate with practitioners across offices.

Established partner with a demonstrable, portable corporate practice and experience handling M&A, corporate governance and related transactional work.
Proven experience managing commercial litigation matters or coordinating litigation strategy for corporate clients.
Track record of originating or materially contributing to client relationships and driving business development; portable book of business preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to mentor senior associates and counsel.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly.
