Partner — Corporate, Litigation & Finance (Baltimore)

Seeking an experienced partner to join a full-service practice in Baltimore to expand high-value corporate transactions and major commercial litigation work. The role will focus on cross-border and domestic matters across private equity, venture capital, M&A and complex commercial disputes.

The team serves clients across life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive sectors and works closely with offices in New York, Northern California, Texas, London and Germany. The hiring strategy prioritizes established teams or multi-lawyer groups that can immediately scale transactional capacity and litigation capability.

• Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in corporate transactions and/or major commercial litigation
• Sector experience in one or more of: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, or automotive
• Proven ability to originate and manage cross-border matters and to collaborate with multiple offices
