Senior partner-level hire to lead and grow a multi-disciplinary corporate and commercial litigation practice in Miami. The role focuses on big-ticket litigation and high-value corporate transactions across sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

The team is seeking proven rainmakers and established teams (team moves preferred) able to originate and execute complex M&A, private equity/venture capital work and major commercial disputes. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for business development and cross-border coordination with key U.S. and international markets.

Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
Extensive partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A, PE/VC) and commercial litigation
Track record of originating significant client work and leading teams; preference for group moves over single hires
Experience advising clients across regulated industries (life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive) and coordinating cross-border matters
