Established international law firm is expanding its Minneapolis partnership with a senior hire to strengthen both corporate transactional and commercial litigation capabilities. The role sits at the intersection of M&A/finance transactions and high-value commercial disputes, with regular matter work across US and international markets.

Ideal for partners who can contribute an active, portable practice or lead a small team; the hiring group prefers team additions or partners with demonstrated client origination and cross-border experience. The position will involve matters in regulated and technology-driven sectors including life sciences, financial services, energy and automotive.

• Partner-level experience handling both corporate transactions (M&A, finance) and significant commercial litigation.
• Proven track record of client origination and managing high-value matters; portable practice or ability to lead/bring a small team preferred.
• Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive.
• Comfort working on cross-border matters and coordinating with colleagues in major US and international markets.
• Established reputation for client stewardship; firms prefer candidates with stable firm tenure and limited recent moves.
