A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to join its Denver corporate team. The role focuses on leading M&A and transactional work across industries, advising on complex buy- and sell-side matters and cross-border deals.

The partner will originate and lead transactions, supervise deal teams, and play an active role in business development and client relationship management. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of bringing and growing client work is welcome.
