Senior corporate partner role based in the New York office of a leading US firm, focused on M&A and emerging-growth/startup matters. The role is for a senior lateral with an established, portable corporate practice and proven origination capability.

The successful candidate will lead strategic sell-side and buy-side transactions, advise growth companies and investors, and work across transactional and commercial matters within the firm’s corporate team. This is a visible leadership position with a pathway to equity partnership progression.

The team offers a market-facing platform, senior client coverage and opportunities to mentor junior lawyers while growing client relationships and practice revenue.

Established, portable corporate/M&A practice with demonstrated origination and client relationships
Substantial experience advising emerging-growth companies and investors
Track record of leading complex transactions and supervising deal teams
Strong reputation in the market and ability to generate business
Admission to the New York bar (or eligible) and ability to work in the US
