Senior partner hire for a busy Calgary corporate practice with strong focus on M&A, corporate finance and energy-related matters. The role will help lead and grow transactional work across the region and may involve managing a small team.

Open to candidates with established partner-level experience; group moves (partner + associates) are possible for the right team. Exceptional candidates from related areas (for example, IP) will be considered if there is a strong fit with the transactional bench.

• Senior partner with a strong transactional background (M&A, corporate finance, energy transactions)
• Ideally 5–7+ years' experience at partner level; not suitable for junior partners
• Preferably equity partner status
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
