Open to candidates with established partner-level experience; group moves (partner + associates) are possible for the right team. Exceptional candidates from related areas (for example, IP) will be considered if there is a strong fit with the transactional bench.
- Senior partner with a strong transactional background (M&A, corporate finance, energy transactions)
- Ideally 5–7+ years' experience at partner level; not suitable for junior partners
- Preferably equity partner status
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
