Proven track record of leading complex corporate transactions and advising on corporate governance.
Demonstrable client development skills and willingness to build a portable practice.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills; ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers.
Admission to practice in New York (or eligible) preferred.
