Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York corporate practice. The role focuses on advising on complex M&A and transactional matters and supporting corporate governance work across a diverse client base.

The successful candidate will take a senior role driving origination and client relationships, supervising deal teams, and collaborating with cross‑office colleagues. Portable business and a track record of building client pipelines will be valued.

• Established partner with significant M&A/transactional experience at a law firm.
• Proven client origination and ability to bring or expand a portable practice.
• Track record leading transactions and supervising junior lawyers.
