Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York corporate team, with a focus on M&A and complex transactional work. The role involves leading deal execution, advising on corporate governance matters, and managing cross-functional project teams.

The team advises a diverse client base across industry sectors on strategic transactions and ongoing corporate matters. The position offers a platform to originate and grow business, collaborate with market-facing partners, and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with substantial transactional/M&A experience at a law firm or in-house.
Proven track record leading deals and advising on corporate governance and related corporate matters.
Demonstrated business development ability or a portable client/practice to grow the group.
Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; excellent communication and client-management capabilities.
Admission to practice in New York (or eligible) preferred.
