An established corporate partner is sought to join a leading international corporate practice in New York. The role will focus on M&A and transactions for growth-stage and emerging companies, working with sophisticated domestic and cross-border clients.

The team values a partner who brings an active, portable practice and who can originate and lead material deals. This position offers senior-level responsibility for client relationships, deal leadership and mentoring associates within a global platform.

Seasoned partner-level experience in M&A and transactional work, including cross-border transactions.
Demonstrable client originations / a portable practice is preferred.
Experience advising emerging growth/startup clients and investors.
Proven ability to lead deal teams and develop business; strong interpersonal and management skills.
Licensed to practice in New York (or eligible) and able to work in the US.
