Partner-level experience in M&A, corporate finance and securities transactions
Proven track record of originating or cultivating corporate work and comfort with business development
Leadership experience — leading deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission to the Alberta bar (or eligibility) and strong Calgary market connections
