Partner — Corporate & Private Equity

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner-level corporate lawyer to build and lead private equity and M&A work across multiple U.S. offices. The role focuses on structuring and executing buyouts, minority investments, strategic acquisitions and exits for sponsor and corporate clients.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of originating and leading complex transactions, managing deal teams, and cultivating client relationships. The position offers a platform to grow a market-facing private equity practice within a collaborative, multi-office platform.

• Substantial private equity and M&A experience, with a history of leading transactions from negotiation through closing
• Strong client development and relationship-management skills
• Experience supervising associates and cross-functional deal teams
• Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent) from an accredited law school
