Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Corporate group in Los Angeles with a strong technology, securities and IP focus. The role centers on leading complex M&A and capital markets matters, advising emerging growth and technology clients, and handling technology transactions and related IP issues.

The team serves a mix of issuer-side capital markets work, private equity-backed and strategic M&A, and transactional IP matters. The hire will work with cross‑practice teams on sophisticated deals for clients in technology, life sciences, financial services and other sectors.

This is a partner-level role for candidates with an established transactional practice and a track record of originating or materially contributing to client relationships. The firm values experienced rainmakers as well as partners who strengthen a collaborative group.

Established partner-level transactional practice with experience in M&A, capital markets and technology transactions
Experience advising growth-stage and technology clients; familiarity with IP-related transactional issues
Proven business development and client relationship skills; track record of originating or expanding work
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred)
