Growing global law firm is hiring a partner to join its New York corporate team with a focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions. The role sits at the intersection of corporate, securities, IP and technology practices and will work on deals for clients across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors.

This is a front-office partner role: you will lead transactions, advise issuers and acquirers on complex deals, and collaborate with specialists across securities, IP and tech teams. The team is expanding in New York and seeks leaders who can both originate work and integrate with sector-focused groups.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactions (M&A and capital markets) and technology-related deals
Proven record of client origination and business development; portable practice preferred
Experience advising on securities/issuer-side matters and technology transactions; IP litigation/transaction experience a plus
Ability to lead deal teams, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across specialist practices
