Senior partner role in a broad corporate practice with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The position will handle cross-practice matters that include emerging-growth / startup work, IPO and other issuer-side capital markets mandates, and technology-related commercial and IP transactional work.

Cases will span industry sectors such as life sciences, technology, financial services and energy. The role is expected to originate and lead client engagements, collaborate with litigation/IP colleagues on contested or licensing matters, and drive business development across the West Coast team.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Established partner-level track record in M&A and/or capital markets, with demonstrable origination history
Experience advising technology companies and handling technology transactions, and familiarity with IP-related commercial issues
Licensed in the relevant jurisdiction and able to operate independently on complex corporate matters
