Leading national law firm is seeking a seasoned employment and labor partner to join its Austin office. The role focuses on advising employers across workplace counseling, labor relations, and employment litigation and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, manage junior lawyers, and work closely with practice leaders to grow the regional practice. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business development capabilities are encouraged to apply.

Established partner with significant experience in employment and labor law (union and non-union matters, workplace counseling, and employment litigation)
Proven track record of leading matters and supervising teams
Strong business development skills and ability to expand client relationships (portable book of business a plus)
Active bar admission and ability to practice in Texas
