Partner, Employment & Labor — Century City (Los Angeles)

Senior employment and labor partner opportunity with a leading national law firm’s Century City office. The role focuses on counseling employers on workplace matters, defending and prosecuting employment claims, and advising on labor strategy and compliance.

The team handles a mix of contentious and advisory work for corporate clients across industries. The office seeks a lateral partner who will contribute leadership on matters, develop client relationships, and grow the practice locally and regionally.

• Established partner-level experience in employment & labor law (individual contributor and team leadership experience).
• Proven track record advising employers on workplace litigation, investigations, collective bargaining or compliance matters.
• Ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
• Licensed to practice in California (or able to become licensed) and able to work from the Century City office.
