Senior employment partner role based in Dallas with a major U.S. firm. The role focuses on litigation and counseling across discrimination, wage-and-hour and class action matters, joining a busy team handling high‑stakes employer-side work.

The position is for an experienced partner who will lead client engagements, develop business, and mentor associates. There is an expectation to grow and/or bring a portable practice focused on employment litigation and related counseling.

Established partner-level experience in employment & labor litigation, including discrimination and wage & hour/class action matters.
Proven track record of originating or expanding client relationships and developing business (portable practice welcome).
Experience leading teams on significant contested matters and supervising associates.
Active admission to the Texas bar (or ability to obtain) and strong courtroom/administrative hearing experience.
