Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Dallas employment and labor practice. The role focuses on counseling employers and litigating workplace matters across traditional labor, employment litigation, and employee benefits.

Ideal candidate will take a senior client-facing role, lead engagements and manage a team of associates. The position offers a platform to grow a regional practice and work on high-profile employer-side matters across multiple industries.

  • Admission to the Texas bar (or ability to transfer via reciprocity) and active litigation and counseling experience in employment and labor law.
  • Proven track record of handling employment litigation, labor matters and employee benefits issues; experience managing teams and supervising associates.
  • Established client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development ability is desirable.
  • Strong drafting, advocacy and client-management skills; ability to work across office and national practice groups.
