Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and expand an established employment and labor practice from the firm s Las Vegas office. The role will handle complex employment litigation and counseling matters and will include responsibility for executive compensation and benefits matters.

The partner will advise a range of regional and national clients on employment compliance, workplace policies, workforce reductions, and executive compensation issues, and will work with a multidisciplinary team across offices.

Juris Doctor and active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction
Established partner or senior counsel experience in employment and labor law
Demonstrated experience on executive compensation and benefits matters
Proven client development and practice growth capabilities; experience managing and mentoring teams
