Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles Employment & Labor practice. The role involves advising employers on a full range of labor and employment matters, handling litigation, counseling on workplace policies and compliance, and supporting client-facing business development.

The team represents clients across industries and works on both preventive counseling and contentious matters. The firm values practitioners who can lead significant matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow a portable practice within the region.

Established partner-level employment & labor practitioner with a demonstrable record of client responsibility.
Experience handling employment litigation, workplace investigations, and counseling on employment law and compliance.
Proven business development skills and an ability to bring or grow client relationships; a portable practice is welcome.
Active admission to the California bar (or ability to transfer/admit) and strong leadership/mentoring experience.
