Partner — Employment & Labor (Los Angeles)

Leading Los Angeles office seeks a lateral partner to join a busy employment and labor practice. The role emphasizes litigation and counseling across discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class/action matters, with opportunities to lead teams on complex, high‑stakes disputes.

The team handles a broad mix of individual and collective employment disputes for employers. The incoming partner will manage cases from intake through trial, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with clients on risk mitigation and litigation strategy.

• Established partner with significant experience in employment litigation, including discrimination, wage & hour, and class actions
• Proven track record of managing matters to trial and supervising associates
• Client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice preferred
• Admission to the California bar (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to practice in California
