Partner — Employment & Labor, Los Angeles

Leading national employment and labor practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office. The role focuses on handling high‑value workplace counseling, litigation, and employee benefits matters for corporate clients across a range of industries.

The partner will lead case teams, develop and maintain client relationships, and help grow the local practice through business development and cross‑office collaboration. Significant courtroom and counseling experience in employment law is expected.

• Established partner or counsel with substantial employment & labor experience, including litigation and counseling.
• Proven track record of client origination and practice development; portable business welcomed.
• Excellent trial, arbitration or regulatory advocacy skills and strong drafting capabilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams, manage matters, and work collaboratively across offices.
• Active California bar admission (or ability to transfer) and eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction.
