Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join and expand its Employment & Labor practice in the Miami office. The role combines client counselling, litigation and labor relations matters across a range of industry clients.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to help grow the practice through client work and business development. This is an opportunity to take a senior role with a broad platform and cross‑office resources.

Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law (litigation and counseling).
Track record of handling complex employment matters and representing employers before courts and administrative agencies.
Established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to develop new business; portable practice welcome.
Bar admission in Florida or ability to become admitted; excellent communication and team leadership skills.
