Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Employment & Labor group in the Miami office. The role will lead employment and labor matters for a mixed client base, handling counseling, litigation, and preventive labor strategies.

The successful candidate will have a portable practice and play a visible role in business development and client relationship management while mentoring junior lawyers. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced team with cross-practice collaboration on regional and national matters.

Established partner-level employment & labor practice with experience in counseling and litigation
Proven business development skills and an ability to bring or grow client relationships
Admission to the Florida bar (or willingness to seek admission)
Track record of mentoring associates and working collaboratively across practice groups
