Partner, Employment & Labor — New York

Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York employment and labor practice. The role will focus on counseling employers on a broad range of workplace issues, with a particular emphasis on executive compensation and benefits matters.

The position offers responsibility for client development, case and matter leadership, and collaboration with colleagues across the US. The team advises employers in litigation, counseling, and transactional contexts and seeks a partner who can grow and deepen client relationships.

• Established partner or counsel with significant employment & labor experience, including matters involving executive compensation and benefits
• Demonstrated track record of originating or developing business; a portable practice or book of business is a strong plus
• Experience leading client matters and managing teams on complex counseling and litigation matters
• Active admission to the New York bar (or ability to transfer) and strong commercial judgment
