Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain admission)
Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law
Proven ability to generate and grow client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Track record of managing and mentoring associates and leading matter teams
Strong written and oral advocacy and client counseling skills
