Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its Employment & Labor practice in Orlando. The role focuses on partner-level client work across labor and employment matters, including counseling, litigation, and representation before administrative bodies.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team of labor and employment lawyers and will have support for business development and client service. This is an opportunity to grow a portable practice or bring existing client relationships to a well-resourced platform.

Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment law, including counseling and litigation
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
Demonstrated business development experience and established client relationships or a portable practice
Strong leadership, client-management, and team collaboration skills
