Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Francisco Employment & Labor team. This role will advise employers on a broad mix of labor and employment matters, including litigation, administrative proceedings, internal investigations, and preventive counseling.

The partner will handle client relationships, develop new business, and work collaboratively across practice groups and offices. The team serves a diverse client base across multiple industries and values practical, commercially focused advice.

Established partner with significant experience in labor and employment law (private practice or in-house).
Proven track record of handling employment litigation and counseling matters before state and federal agencies and courts.
Demonstrated client development and relationship management skills; portable book of business is welcome.
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practice areas.
Active bar admission and excellent writing and communication skills.
