Established track record in employment litigation with emphasis on discrimination, wage & hour, and class actions
Significant trial and motion practice experience; ability to lead matter teams
Proven client development and relationship management skills; portable business encouraged
Bar admission and standing in the relevant jurisdiction; strong writing and oral advocacy skills
