The hire will join a nationwide employment team and take responsibility for client relationships, case strategy, and courtroom advocacy. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced litigator who can develop business and mentor junior lawyers.
- Established partner or counsel with significant employment litigation experience, including discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class action matters.
- Proven trial and motion practice; ability to manage complex, large-scale cases.
- Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
- Active Washington bar admission (or eligibility) and ability to practice in federal and state courts.
