Senior employment lawyer sought to lead and grow a litigation-focused practice in Seattle. The role centers on discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class/collective actions, defending employers and managing high-stakes workplace disputes.

The hire will join a nationwide employment team and take responsibility for client relationships, case strategy, and courtroom advocacy. This is a partner-level opening for an experienced litigator who can develop business and mentor junior lawyers.

  • Established partner or counsel with significant employment litigation experience, including discrimination, wage-and-hour, and class action matters.
  • Proven trial and motion practice; ability to manage complex, large-scale cases.
  • Track record of originating or developing client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
  • Active Washington bar admission (or eligibility) and ability to practice in federal and state courts.
